Here's Dick Cheney, Mr. Fourth Branch of Government, mangling your Constitution.  This cartoon relates back to the possum in the trash cartoon you saw a few days ago.  I'm sure you've heard a bit about Mr. Cheney claiming that he's not a member of the executive branch of government.  Oddly enough, Article II of the Constitution disagrees with him.  And so do we.
