GET IN TOUCH WITH YOUR INNER GEEZER

A few months back I expressed a hope that Obama might become Hillary's running mate (cartoon about them playing footsies at the debate). And when I drew this cartoon, I was still hopeful. Now, however, I don't see it happening at all. Neither do I see her asking Edwards to take that job. Too much negative campaigning has happend for either of those candidates to look attractive to Hillary, now. At this point, I'd love to see her choose Senator Joseph Biden of Delaware. He's remarkably intelligent, profoundly experienced, and every bit the gentleman. I've always loved the way he treats Hillary, and I actually have had a crush on the guy for years. Good manners get me every time! Senator Biden would make an exceptional President himself, but he's too far behind Hillary in the polls. Bill Clinton disapproves of all this talk about running mates. He says it's way too early, and he's right. And others are free to disagree with my little opinions, always. In this cartoon, Hillary and Obama are saying dialogue from the movie "Zoolander", in a scene that occurred after Ben Stiller lost the hilarious "walk-off". God, I love that movie!
