where old meets funny
Several years ago I watched a documentary about the history of the mullet hairdo. Some mullet wearers consider themselves a type of culture, unfairly disrespected by mainstream society. I loved the idea of this so much that I imagined a race of mullets, fighting prejudice through the decades. After that, they became a symbol to me of oppressed minorities. As far as I can tell, most of the United States is made up of minority groups, each fighting for the respect they deserve.
