GET IN TOUCH WITH YOUR INNER GEEZER

It's Super Tuesday today in the US, when over 20 of our states hold their Presidential primaries, and I'm all aflutter about it. To mark this occasion, I'll point out one of many policy differences between Senator Obama and Senator Clinton, both of whom are Democratic nominees for President. Mr. Obama comes from Illinois, a state with the largest number of nuclear power plants in the US. He believes in nuclear power. Ms. Clinton, on the other hand, believes in using green energy sources but does not support the use of nuclear power plants. She has twice voted against the Yucca Mountain bill, which would make Nevada the national dumping ground for nuclear waste. Senator Obama can make no such claim. For the record, I agree with Hillary. No surprise there. Don't gamble on Yucky Mountain! Make states store their nuclear waste in their own backyards! Today there are 900 cartoons on this website for you to see.
