I was thinking of a certain bad old boss of mne when I drew this one.  Since I do try to be positive, the word I always used when describing him was capricious.  He wasn't mad, I suppose, but he certainly was maddening.  Does that sound like anyone you know?  Today's Cartoon:  #1,379.  E-mail me at:  pjones41@kc.rr.com.
