I had lunch recently with a friend of mine who now lives in a rest home.  The dietary staff thinks of everything, and our meal was perfectly balanced for our nutritional needs (or for my friend's needs, at least).  There was a mixup with the plates, though, and I received food that's called "mechanically ground".  The phrase pre-chewed came to mind, and I filed it away for future reference.  Please e-mail me at:  pjones41@kc.rr.com, and come join me on facebook, too.  Farmville or Cafe World or Yoville, anyone?
