This one's more of a plea for perspective than anything else.  But I get frustrated when I'm trying to shop, too, particularly during the month of December, when stores are chock full of holiday items but often fail to keep routine items stocked.  Unfortunately, it's always the clerks who take the brunt of pissy customers' ire.  Please e-mail me at:  pjones41@kc.rr.com.
