When a friend of mine recently told me that he got a colonoscopy, I asked him why, fearing that he must be having a problem.  He said that he did it because it's what people his age do.  It took two days to prepare for it and a whole day to do it, and they put him to sleep while it was happening.  The result:  he's just fine.  But I can't imagine volunteering to do such a thing!  Guess I'm just an old hippie.  Please e-mail me at:  pjones41@kc.rr.com.
