When someone gives this yell, they feel passionate about the subject. It's probably one of their favorite things. I enjoyed drawing this guy. He wears a black armband, which people actually wore during the sixties to symbolize the oppression of blacks. He wears a muslin shirt, which was authentic hippie wear back then. Muslin was the cheapest material on earth, which made it attractive to the "back to basics" philosophies of the hippies. I made a gauze shirt for myself, with embroidery. Hippies loved gauze, too. Who knows why?
