This is just simple character development. We want you to know that these three babies are somehow connected. No blood relation between them, but destined to share the same strange world together. The original idea was that we would have them lined up opposite the viewing window of a hospital nursery. Due to technical issues (my failed concept of what distance perception is) we decided to change the location to a plant nursery. Laid out amongst the cacti and swirly bushes.. our heroes were born. -CD
