During the day, Peet Gelderblom directs, edits and develops commercials, TV programs and broadcast design in Amsterdam. At night, he loves to draw comics and write about film. He keeps a blog called Lost in Negative Space and is a contributor to The House Next Door.

Peet is also founder and contributing editor of 24LiesASecond.com, a website featuring provocative film criticism with an underdog bite. Apart from a slowly but surely growing selection of essays and appreciations, 24LiesASecond houses a public forum dedicated to the discussion of film in general and the cinema of Brian De Palma in particular.

Peet lives right in the heart of Holland with his Danish wife Tina and two wonderful sons, Rasmus and Luka.
