Cosmo's a normal guy who's just starting college. He came to Franklin R. Kincaid University with dreams of improving himself academically and preparing himself for his future life. What a maroon.

Almost as soon as Cosmo arrived at University, he was (nearly) blown up, stabbed, yelled at, zapped, confused, and inducted into Omega Psi Phi, the wackiest frat in the most bizarre school in the zaniest state in the looniest country in the most meshuggeneh planet in the solar system. (Earth.)

Cosmo's a brilliant mathemetician and an ex-high school football champion, but right now he's just struggling to keep up with the day-to-day weirdness of FRKU.
