Jane Cutler is 27, an Official working for OfCom, the Office of Communications. In her spare time, Jane is also a star pupil and instructor at the Hawk Fist School of Martial Boxing - a passion which sometimes causes tenion at work and at home. For the last four years, Jane has been seeing Sid Rumplemeyer, the head of her department, but as yet neither has made a concrete move to commit.
