Welcome to the end of the second chapter. That's right, this is the last page. The first two chapters should be going into print, but if you all don't go to the forum and say you'll buy a copy, the book might end up being more expensive :( Basically I have to know I'm going to get a return before ordering a hundred copies to sell.
