A callow youth still in his teens. Shy with women, he's nevertheless got himself a girlfriend through the assistance of the witch Krakatoa, and has now managed to get her into trouble. His response does not speak well of him. Neither does his father, Sheriff Hogsworth, who considers him a waste of space.
