SpiritPainter's Review of 10 Lepers 4 the Price of One.
The first thing that caught my eye was the great colors...
Rankine is one of the great comics colorists. The way he uses perspective, camera angles, and texture are masterful. And the offbeat drawing is just great fun! He creates an entire plausible little world you can just get lost in, as if in a dream. This is extremely appealing work. The only thing I would criticize is the way he organizes his site. Instead of everything being under one section, each individual episode is categorized as a separate series, which not only hogs the listings in the religion/spirituality category, but makes it extremely annoying to try to go from one to another. And although this review is not specifically about his "1o Lepers" episode, I had to arbitrarily pick one if I wanted to review his whole work. ... read it now!
