Magellan is the Legion Academy, the X-Men's Westchester mansion, and the Justice League's Watchtower all rolled into one. The main focus is Casey, a non-powered recruit trying desperately to fit in with her multipowered teammates---think Cap during the "Cap's Kookie Quartet" version of the Avengers...but there are Magellanites of all levels, from the Superman-level Epoch to the Brainiac Five level Kwan to Charisma, a cross between Supergirl and Britney Spears.
