If the Justice Society/Justice League had decided to work for the British ministry rather than the more anarchic American government, you would get this---Athena, a Wonder Woman type who is dressed in the Union Jack, Virtuoso, a blonde Supermanish egomaniac, and an aging Brain Wave who has lost boy wonder after boy wonder---all working for the Ministry of Superheroics and run by a Civil Servant, who regards the whole group as a headache who are more trouble than they're worth.
