Anyone ever see the old heavy metal movie from the 80's? Thats what this comic reminds of. I am hooked already thanks to great art and superb dialogue. I gotta compliment the clean style.. that so difficult for me so I really marvel at anyone who can get the idea across without making a huge mess! Great book!

I love this strip! As always, James' art is expressive and detailed despite its cartoony-ness. His writing, no matter what the situation, showcases his strength for characterization. He is without a doubt one of the most visually stylized artists around.

James West has something special here. He's got some really cool Vaugh Bode feeling stories here. From a sci-fi story reminicent of "Cobalt 64", to a very cool Red Sonja -like sword and sorcery yarn, he has a lot od cool to read!
