Wong Tao Shen was a whispered boogeyman in ancient China. Today his name is an all but forgotten myth. For centuries he has waited and watched from his fortress, quietly nudging events in whatever direction he needed.
Wong prefers delegating others to do his bidding. His influence extends on all corners of the Nocturn world; friend, foe, and everyone in between. He often sends his most prized apprentice, Raymond Chow, to speak on his behalf or oversee simple tasks that do not require his direct attention.
To the nocturn world he is known as one of several immortal sorcerers, arrogant and selfish, but still one of them, hence not above Nocturn code. To Cortek, the Order of the Silver Cross, and the daylight world he is known as recluse corporate mogul, Tommy Wong.
