This is exciting. Not only do I have a second strip up but two more in the hopper. I still don't want to give it a name, not that I don't have one, I do. I just need to do some more checking before going public with it. I like the idea of keeping it surrounded by blog entries. With independently published comics, I always spend more time reading letters columns and author notes than the actual book. The personal words of Jeff Smith (Bone), Dave Sim (Cerebus), Linda Medley (Castle Waiting), Dave Lapham (Stray Bullets), and the Pini's (Elfquest) are often as important to me as their stories. For Cerebus, I was always a fan of the reprint issues over the phone books because the letters and discussions weren't reprinted in the phone book editions. Of course, towards the end I couldn't read either, Dave having gone all misogynistic on us.

This little project is nowhere near as ambitious as Dave Sim's 300 issue epic. The goal is to get me writing and drawing on a regular basis. The plan is to put up new strips on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and sketches, artwork and other goodies on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Any advice or thoughts?
