August 8, 2008: Since our vacations didn't line up, and I wanted to travel somewhere easy, somewhere European without the language barrier, somewhere British without the bland food, I ended up in Miami South Beach for Spring Break alone. I thought, no way can college kids afford to travel here. They'll be on South Padre Island and Cancun. Well, they are in South Beach these days and they are loud. Don't go there during late March. My note tells me these were done under a bit of a hangover and on the beach. They look it. That stomach on the lower right looks familiar, though. It was a very strange week in my life, nothing bad, just strange.
