 WOTC stands for We Own This City, a Sandgate spinoff one-shot I'm planning. I mentioned it before (without the name) when I posted that Marilyn pin-up a while back. As you should have learned by now, planning =/= doing in my Lexicon. Don't hold your breath for it.
