Arianne "Cobwebs" Fotori

Arianne Fotori is just your average public servant, pushing papers as a low level BPI Agent. He and Willit had a bit of a feud going for a while, but he's totally over that. Seriously.

Malachi calls him Cobwebs. No one is really sure why. It's probably a really embarrassing story.
