The first full story from the first issue, March 1995. In color for the first time anywhere. I chose this over several attempts at an 'introduction' story, because it drops the reader right into the thick of the action. The page with Susie McBee didn't appear until the trade paperback SUGAR & SPICE, MOSTLY SPICE, and then in B&W. I decided not to introduce too many characters in the first issue, so Susie got bumped and didn't show up until issue seven. No wonder she's so cranky all the time.
