This could well have been the first story in the first issue, but I went a different way, and used the infamous monster truck story SO COOL. I felt that one would pull the reader right into the action, sort of 'in progress'. Long time Patty-Cake readers will also recall that I held off on introducing Keith and Susie for several issues in the original run, with a whole Susie-centric page in SO COOL not appearing until the paperback collection. So now, after all these years- let's 'meet' the cast...
