Willow didn't specify a tune for this song, but I have a suspicion it should be "Where There's a Whip (There's a Way)" from Ralph Bakshi's amusingly shoddy animated Lord of the Rings movie. Oh, Mr. Frodo!

Edwin Quantrall (reynard) says: One of the things that made the "animated" LotR "shoddy" is (in *my* not-so-humble opinion at least) the fact that a large portion (something close to 90%, IIRC) of the movie was rotoscoped. (Traced frame-by-frame from a live-action movie version.) I've seen some of the footage that they used as their reference, and; while not up to the level of the Peter Jackson version; was reasonably well done and would have made a good movie in it's own right.

Actually, it's from Rankin Bass' amusingly shoddy "Return of the King" telefilm.  "Frodo of the nine fingers, and the Ring of Doom!  Why does he have nine fingers?  Where is the Ring of Doom?"
