I like the bowling shirts. Especially with the ponytails. Dave doesn't get to be in this segment because he's lost in time.

Okay, new Sunday stuff! Devin Goodman used a Magic: The Gathering generator to create a set of Narbonic cards. Click the image for the full-size version. I'm very impressed.

Speaking of gaming, my longtime friend and regular guest art contributor Jason Thompson has just released his graphic novel King of RPGs. Jason is a genius. Check out his book!

Leon Arnott (l) says: "Foot is indestructible"?! Methinks Madblood is receiving too much credit.
Leon Arnott (l) says: Also, I noticed that this image was also a Twitpic link, and momentarily thought that our host had secretly gotten an account on Twitter (a.k.a "the Wal-Mart of blogs" by people who prefer LiveJournal).
So It Begins (soitbegins) says: Ooooooooooh.
Adam Underfoot (unnatural20) says:

Leon, do we really need random zealotry here in the Director's Cut?

David Cunnius (capnq31) says: It's been a long time, but I believe "indestructible" in MtG merely means that a card can't be removed from play by combat damage. I think these are all wonderful, and Mell's card couldn't be more perfect.
Robert Hutchinson (ertchin) says:

I looked it up, and it means that it can't be removed from play by damage dealt to it (not just combat damage) or by any "destroy" effect. It can still be sacrificed, removed from the game, put directly into a graveyard, have its toughness reduced to zero, blah blah blah I used to know all this without having to look it up blah blah.

Bruce Bergman (brucebergman) says:

So, anyone heard from David Hanson of Austin TX lately?  Did Anna (no last name mentioned) ever turn into Anna Hanson?

The History Record needs to be updated here!

Leon Arnott (l) says: Sorry Adam.
David Cunnius (capnq31) says: And I forgot to mention yesterday: @Leon, was Foot built by Madblood? I don't remember Foot's creator's name ever being mentioned.
Amy Fiori (amy82986) says:

I know this is way late, but I found the strip where it says that Madblood was responsible for Foot.  Technically, it doesn't say he built it, but I think it's implied.

Wednesday's strip: "FOOT HAS BEEN SENT BY GENIUS SCIENTIST LUPIN "WOLF" MADBLOOD TO DESTROY FOUL LITTLE RODENTS THAT STEAL HIS KILLER ANDROIDS!"

Harish Dhanwani (raju) says:

I just want to say what I want is only somebody can live along with me , waiting for somebody! "
