It depends on the strip. I tend to write strips out of chronological order, so some are written right before I start drawing, others years ahead of time. Jeffrey tends to be a little more disciplined and write strips that take place in the storyline we're actually working on. As for the time between the finished strips and their appearance online, I like to keep a buffer of 3-4 weeks.
