I've been wanting to do an illustration with Remy (and Brian), and what better opportunity than a riff on Walt Kelly's Pogo? As usual, if you make a donation in any amount to the Skin Horse Tip Jar, I will send you a link to the wallpaper. Each wallpaper design comes in two different aspect ratios (regular screen and widescreen) to fit most computer monitors, and in both Mac-friendly and PC-friendly orientations. My parents had a huge collection of Pogo books when I was a tad. Porkypine was probably my favorite character, and that quote was definitely a favorite!

(Re-reading it as an adult, the "topical" references generally seem quaint, and the politics predictable. But that's a hazard of trying to make a comic "relevent". I doubt that Doonesbury is going to age any better!)
