Hysinthe doesn't exist in reality, only as the embodiment of Pat's imagination. She is usually unreliable and either stumbling around or passed out. She dresses similar to a 20's flapper, save for the unlatched knee-high boots and the stiff bucket hat with a constantly changing "Cthulhu head" on the front. Her eyes are almost never shown.
