An appeal and offer

I'm hoping that I can convince my readers to support Ad Astra in a new way, by direct donations. I'm new to this, and I'm working up ideas for incentives. I would like to do indiviual incentives for donations over a certain amount. I'm just not sure what that should be. Right now, I will make this offer...for every $20 in donations received, I will create a new Ad Astra wallpaper. Any individual donation over $30 gets a free pencil sketch (one character, 8.5 x 11 sheet).

I have no intention of making Ad Astra a subscription comic, but I could use some help meeting the costs of producing it and maintaining my space here at Web Comics Nation, as well as the other costs associated with producing a comic.

In addition to the Cafepress items I've got in the Ad Astra store, I am experimenting with another site that I like even better. I like it because it makes it possible for me to offer tshirts at a lower price than Cafepress, and also allows me to have a wider variety available. So, take a look at my Spreadshirt site.
