Indic In Ee is a direct descendant of the Overguard hero who gave her life to save Earth from Omendon's extradimensional predations. Indic has the power to "recede from the matter plane" as one of the Kwynnon science-mystic phrased it. The truth is, no one knows how he makes himself smaller, but he's able to remain at reduced size for hours before tiring appreciably.

Indic's atmosfield belt is specially augmented to provide him with detailed navigational data and his headpiece has a holographic projection system to help him adjust to the disorienting change in perspective.
