Descended from Earth's exiled sorcerers, Majia Jurica is the daughter of Arduri Jurica, the current Magus Maximus of Thule.

The magi of Thule are the regional rulers of Thulean city-states and the Magus Maximus rules over the magi.

As daughter of the Magus Maximus, Majia is in direct line to ascend to her father's throne. Majia is gifted in natural magic, that is, weilding magical forces that permeate the universe. Thule, being a world with no native sentient life, had a largely untapped reserve of magical energy, but the disciplines needed to utilize it took many years to perfect. All of Thule's inhabitants are magically gifted, but only a very few can make full use to Thule's magic. Even fewer, like the Jurica clan, can tap the universal magics.

Majia decided to become a student at Ad Astra to help bring her world back into contact with the other human worlds and to learn ways to defend her world from incursion by hostile forces. Back to the Cast Page
