Hearst is a Space Merc. He is a military soldier who uses his vacation days off for mercenary work so that he can pay off the debts that his father left him with.

Hearst and his buddy Jak are in a special unit called the Gray Reapers. The Gray Reapers are a Special Forces unit of the military division known as USF . The USF, or United Space Force, is a part of the military that protects the Cluster Ring Galaxy. Currently, the Cluster Ring is constantly under attack from outside invaders that keeps people like Hearst in business.

This is the story of Hearst and his travels throughout the Cluster Ring while doing mercenary work and protecting the galaxy.
