I have had many good ideas in my time. Trying to go cold-turkey on caffeine was not one of them. I have been spending most of the weekend in a white-knuckle frenzy, trying too damn hard to resist the siren call of my forbidden beverage.

Of course, the blinding headaches didn't help either.

I finally have given in. One cane-sugar Dr. Pepper later and the world is a wonderful place again as the gods smile upon me once more.
