The ten page story, "A Worrying Thing", serves as an introduction to Near, Mississippi (which is in the same bizarre, "Interstate !" branded world as Genre City) home to several people, some normal, some mishappen freaks, nearly all depressed. Also included is a special bonus page featuring some of the research undertaken at the start of the project, available only in this release. The flip side of the book features a 12-page Everything Jake story by Mike Rosenzweig.
