Little concept sketch from a certain scene in Huntress (also circa 2005). Chiron is showing Kendrea the distant ruins of the city the Lapiths built, where the war a hundred years earlier had taken place.

 

I'm pulling a lot of mythological strings for this ... the war is based partly on the Battle of the Lapiths (in Ovid's Metamorphosis) and partly on ... something else. Which I won't be disclosing. Yet.
