Tsali is a certified genius. Most of the time she's quiet and fairly retiring, but you get her rambling on about software programs or computer essentials and she will talk for hours.

Tsali is a very soft-spoken and compassionate person. She would not even be in the military if not for the opportunities and budgeting afforded her to expand her horizons in her chosen field.
