Reiko is Vulpin, who are allies to the U'l. Though outwardly she acts as a liason between their people, Reiko very much has her own agenda. She has no problem using the U'l to increase the power and status of the Vulpin...even if she has to do so illegally. She genuinely likes Anahnee...though she doesn't trust her in the slightest.
