The next, and next to last, Comixtalk column is up. This time it's about things to think about when selling your book. There will be one more, wrapping up the series about taking your webcomic to a traditional prose publisher.

Sometimes things just get a bit intense - too much to do and not enough time to do it. So, sorry about the delay in the postings, I should be back on track now.

UPDATE: I made great progress on that project. I'm so sorry about the delay in the story, but I didn't waste my time at all. Look for a new page this Monday.
May 1, 2008: I've got a deadline I have to meet, so I need to take a day off from the strip and devote that time to making that deadline. It could be for something pretty cool, so I hope you'll forgive me. And don't forget, I'll be at the Glenview Public Library on Saturday, May 3, 2008, from 1-3 pm
The library is at 1930 Glenview Road in Glenview, IL. For more information, call (847) 729-7500

Yes, things are kind of wonky here at Webcomicsnation. I'm setting up a book signing at the Book Cellar for July - maybe with Josh Elder, if we can manage it.
Sorry about the late update here, Webcomicsnation site was down and I couldn't log in before work.
There's a new event on the Events page, and more to come.
Finally, I won my third Lisagor award Friday night. That's kind of cool. See you Monday.

Well, a bit of Nyquill helped that clear up. It also made me sleep through the great Midwest earthquake! Bummer.

Oooh boy, I'm coming down with something. This is so weird for me, because I hardly ever get sick but this will make two times in a year. I think it's stress from the day job.

"A web comic whose intentionally rough artwork belied the sophistication and compassion of his writing. A shamus takes on those "odd jobs" nobody else wants. "Someday they'll all be odd jobs." Take heed."
