I was bad, and played in the printlab today instead of going straight to the studio and working on comics. After lunch, I'll go and work on my pages... But it's nice to get out once in a while.

This is just a little bitty (3x4inches) lino-cut illustrating Edward Lear's Owl and the Pussycat, just for fun. They carved up in about 15 minutes, so this is more of a sketch than a finished print- I may do a woodcut later!

I've included a view of a whole bunch of them drying on the racks. The paper I used was super yummy- light pea-green embossed vellum. Mmm.
